General information

1. Registration for the CI2C Conference is secured via payment of the appropriate registration fee.
2. Registering and paying the corresponding registration fee is personal, assigned to a single user account, and not transferable.

Terms and conditions

• Changes to registration invoices are permitted only for the billing address or purchase order references. Submit such requests to the organizing committee no later than six weeks after the last day of the conference. We will not consider requests received after this deadline.
• Complete the registration through the online registration form below. Please click “Register Here” to submit your registration. To secure your registration and ensure your inclusion in the final conference program, registration fees should be paid no later than 30 September 2026.
• Payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card on-site. If you are unable to complete the payment by this deadline or prefer to pay on-site, please contact the Conference Secretariat or select the corresponding option in the Registration Fees section of the registration form.
