Ø Paper Instructions:
- Submitted articles must be written in English and in Word format.
- Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished work that is not currently under review elsewhere. Manuscripts should be between 12 and 15 pages, including figures, tables, and references, using the ITEC template (click here).
§ Guidelines for Authors:
- The name of the main author (and co-authors, if any), affiliation, and contact email must be included both on the platform and in your abstract or working paper.
- The abstract or article must be uploaded to the platform following the conference templates using the ITEC template (click here).
- Select your type of participation: Oral or Poster, as well as your mode of participation.
- The first author must be the presenter of the work. The publication certificate will bear their name as the main author. Other research team members will be listed only as co-authors.
- The corresponding author is responsible for updating the work and informing the other members. If they are also the presenter, they will receive the publication certificate; otherwise, they will be considered a co-author.
- The first author should be the presenter (the one who presents the work at the conference). The certificate will include their name as the main author, along with the names of the co-authors.
- Co-authors only need to pay once to access the conference and may be listed as co-authors on unlimited papers. If they also have a paper as a main speaker, it will be covered under the same condition mentioned above.
- Exceptionally, if the main author/presenter cannot attend in person, they must inform the committee before the last day of the conference. The certificate will then be issued to the person who presents the work at the conference. Absent team members and others will be listed as co-authors, or the work may be presented fully online.
- A certificate of attendance is issued to all participants. Main authors/presenters receive an additional certificate specifying oral/poster presentation. Co-authors will have their names listed under the main author/presenter.
- Only one copy of each certificate is issued. Co-authors must print their own copies if needed.
§ Presentation Guidelines:
Ø Presentations can be delivered in French or English.
§ Oral Presentations (Face-to-Face)
- Maximum duration of an oral presentation: 10 minutes
- Clear and legible slideshow, readable from a distance of 10 meters on a 3×4 screen
- Slides should not be overloaded with text. Use images/photos/diagrams wherever possible
- Clear and concise presentation and explanation of results
- Good articulation and clear, audible speech
- Original scientific content aligned with the main theme of the conference and the relevant sub-themes
§ Online Oral Presentations (Virtual)
- Maximum duration of an oral presentation: 10 minutes
- Clear and legible slideshow
- Slides should not be overloaded with text. Use images/photos/diagrams wherever possible
- Clear and concise presentation and explanation of results
- Good articulation and clear, audible speech
- Original scientific content aligned with the main theme of the conference and the relevant sub-themes.

- Les articles soumis doivent être rédigés en anglais et doivent être au format Word;
- Les auteurs sont invités à soumettre des travaux originaux et non publiés et qui ne sont pas actuellement soumis pour examen ailleurs. Les manuscrits doivent compter entre 12 et 15 pages, y compris les figures, les tableaux et les références, en utilisant le modèle ITEC, cliquer-ici.
Ligne directrice pour les auteurs :
- Le nom de l’auteur principal (co-auteurs si disponibles), l’affiliation, l’e-mail de contact sont à la fois sur la plate-forme et votre résumé ou article de travail;
- Le résumé ou l’article doit être joint à la plateforme en respectant les modèles de la conférence en utilisant le modèle ITEC, cliquer-ici;
- Choisissez votre type de participation Oral ou Poster ainsi que le mode de participation;
- Le premier auteur doit être l’orateur celui qui présentera le travail, le certificat de publication portera son nom en tant qu’auteur principal les autres membres de l’équipe de recherche seront là mais uniquement en tant que co-auteurs;
- L’auteur correspondant est celui qui est chargé de mettre à jour le travail et de tenir les autres membres informés s’il est l’orateur, il obtiendra un certificat de publication sinon il sera considéré comme co-auteur;
- Le conférencier ou le premier ou l’auteur principal peut avoir 1 publication au prix des frais d’inscription de la conférence, mais s’il soumet plus d’une publication et que tous ses travaux ont été sélectionnés par le comité scientifique, veuillez-vous rappeler que nous sommes parlants du Conférencier ou auteur premier ou principal;
- Les co-auteurs ne doivent payer qu’une seule fois pour accéder à la conférence et avoir des places illimitées en tant que co-auteurs, s’ils ont un travail en tant que conférencier principal, ils sont toujours couverts avec la seule exception citée ci-dessus ;
- Exceptionnellement, si l’auteur principal/conférencier n’a pas pu assister en personne, il doit en informer le comité avant le dernier jour de la conférence et le certificat passera automatiquement à qui présente le travail dans le cadre de la conférence, les absents et les autres membres de l’équipe sont considérés comme co-auteurs ou pour passer au tout virtuel disponible cette année;
- Le certificat de présence est délivré à tous les membres présents, les principaux auteurs/conférenciers ont une certification orale/poster supplémentaire, les co-auteurs ont toujours leurs noms sous l’auteur principal/conférencier;
- Une copie de chaque certificat est délivrée, les co-auteurs doivent donc imprimer leurs propres copies au besoin.
